This section contains information about the terms and conditions governing your use of the website, as well as information on the service you can expect from us. The website is operated by Wiccan Wear, hereto referred to as we/us/our.

Please ensure you read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website, as your use of this website signifies your acceptance of these terms. We also advise you save a copy for future reference.

2. PRODUCTS

We endeavour to provide you with an accurate impression of, and information on, our products throughout the website however, please note that images are not to scale and colours shown will vary according to the settings of your computer and monitor.

All our products are subject to a lead time during which they will be manufactured to order. Standard lead time: 2 - 3 weeks plus delivery time. 

3. PRICES

All prices displayed are current retail prices in Pounds Sterling.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that prices on the website are correct, errors can occur. If there is an error in the price of the goods you have ordered you will be contacted as soon as possible. You may then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund. 

4. ORDER PROCESS

For stock items, full payment is required upon ordering.  For bespoke, custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon agreement of design, before manufacture commences.

Whilst every care will be taken to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition, we cannot accept responsibility for the actions of the postal delivery service.  Returns will only accepted if an item is faulty.

For health and safety reasons, no returns will be accepted on earrings.  

All orders are subject to payment clearance. 

The ring size options displayed on the site are the most common but rings can be purchased in all sizes as we make each item individually when ordered.  If your size is not listed on the product description, please email with your requirements. 

In exceptional circumstances, if we are unable to fulfil an accepted order, we will refund the amount paid and you will be notified by e-mail. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any additional amounts. 

We accept payment via Paypal, where you can use most major credit cards if you do not have a Paypal account.

5. ENGRAVING AND PERSONALISATION

Please be aware all personalised jewellery of prints, engravings, bespoke commissions etc. are made to your individual requirements and therefore we cannot accept returns, unless we have made a mistake with your order (such as a misspelling).

6. HALLMARKING

Items made from sterling silver and weighing less than 7.78 g are exempt from hallmarking requirements, so items on these pages which are exempt will not be routinely hallmarked.

However, a hallmark can be added if desired but due to the minimum charge made by the assay office this will incur a £40.00 fee in addition to the cost of the item.

8. ORDER PAYMENT

When you have selected the items that you wish to purchase, you may complete the transaction via our secure online payment gateway supplied by PayPal.

10. DISCLAIMER

We endeavour to ensure the information contained within this website is up to date, factually correct and free of technical errors. However, we cannot guarantee that this site and its contents are completely free of technical errors or incorrect information. 

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we will not be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. 

By using this site, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site or any other sites that link to or from this site.

If you are not satisfied with the site, then please email us with your comments at info@wiccanwear.co however, your only legal recourse is to stop using the site.

11. LEGAL GOVERNANCE

Your use of this site and any contract between you and Wiccan Wear for the sale of products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions. 

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and will post the new version on the website when we do so. Your continued use of the website will signify your acceptance of those new terms.
